How long does shipping take?
On hand items ship within 1 business day. Pre-order items take 3–5 business days for processing, then 2–3 business days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail.
Do I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking is sent to your email as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Due to hygiene reasons, all hair extensions, wigs, and custom units are final sale once used, worn, or removed from packaging.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is approved.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
