DOLLS — Hair may be available on hand. Please check our On Hand & Ready to Ship list before purchasing.

On Hand Items

All on hand items are shipped within 1 business day.

Pre-Order Items

If hair is not currently on hand, all hair is pre-ordered and ordered after your purchase is placed.

• Processing time: 3–5 business days
• Shipping time: 2–3 business days once processed
• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

All hair orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail only.

Once your package has been shipped through USPS, AlanayMcollection is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. However, we make sure all packages are securely packaged before shipment.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
