Shipping Policy

On-Hand Items

All on-hand items are shipped within 1 business day of purchase.

Pre-Order Items

If your selected hair is not currently in stock, it will be ordered after your purchase is placed.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Shipping Time: 2–3 business days after processing
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by USPS, AlanayMCollection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. However, we take great care to ensure all orders are securely packaged before shipment.

Pickup & Deposit Policy

To place a pickup order, please send us a direct message or text message with the items you would like to purchase.

Pickup Orders

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and process all pickup orders. Deposits may be submitted through:

Apple Pay
Zelle
Cash App

Once your deposit has been received and confirmed, your order will be prepared and scheduled for pickup. Pickup location details will be provided after deposit confirmation.

The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup and must be paid in cash only.

Please allow adequate time for order processing. Same-day pickup may be available based on inventory availability.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued for:

Order cancellations
Changes to an order
Failure to pick up an order
Any other reason after a deposit has been submitted

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any hair products, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, custom units, sale items, or pickup orders.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

AlanayMCollection reserves the right to deny any refund, return, exchange, or claim that does not meet our policy requirements.
