Before Shipping Your Hair

To ensure the best results, all hair must be freshly washed, clean, and free of any product buildup before shipping it to AlanayMcollection.

Please do not ship dirty hair.

If your hair arrives dirty, oily, or contains product buildup and you have not booked our Hair Cleaning Service, your coloring service will not be completed.

No refunds will be issued for hair that arrives in unacceptable condition. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all hair is properly cleaned before shipping.

If you would like us to clean your hair before coloring, please book our Hair Cleaning Service before shipping your hair.
